Emergency Shelters for Young People in Minneapolis

If you don’t have any place to stay tonight and it’s difficult to pay to stay somewhere, an emergency shelter can help you. Contact any of these organizations in Minneapolis to find out if they have space available. Services are free.

Ain Dah Yung Center

Services: Offers emergency shelter for American Indian children and teens in the Twin Cities that have run away or are homeless. Provides support services such as counseling, community education, and information and referrals. Also offers a transitional housing program, Youth Lodge, for American Indian teens and young adults, ages 16 – 21. The program includes education and adult living skills classes.
